Firm

Start with being firm. Accountability is key; for others and for yourself. Establish clear boundaries that foster a balanced path to success while encouraging thoughtful risk-taking. When you drive toward shared goals, you not only empower your team but also set the stage for delivering big, impactful results!
Fair

Treating people fairly means treating them differently, a bold statement, I know, especially for my HR colleagues. But it’s the truth. You have to meet people where they are, recognizing their unique strengths and challenges, and then help them grow from that point. Fairness isn’t about uniformity; it’s about understanding and supporting individual journeys.
